Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to physical cards held by Cardboard Magic, Inc..
Current availability
Customer shipping requests are not currently enabled. Cards assigned through an opened pack remain in the Cardboard Magic vault unless an eligible buyback is accepted. We will not accept a shipping fee or represent that an item has entered fulfillment until the shipping workflow is enabled and confirms the request.
The following launch terms will apply when shipping requests are enabled. We will update this Policy before offering materially different regions, fees, or timeframes.
Regions served
We ship to eligible street addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Finland, France, Poland, and Spain. We do not ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders or package-reshipping services, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or US territories. Legal, carrier, fraud, insurance, or account-eligibility restrictions may make some otherwise listed destinations unavailable. The service will confirm eligibility before accepting a request.
Carriers
We ship via USPS or UPS (occasionally FedEx). We choose the carrier and service for each shipment. Every shipment is tracked.
Processing and delivery estimates
After a valid request, completed address and identity checks, and payment of any displayed fee, our estimated handling time is 3 to 5 business days. Estimated carrier transit is then 3 to 8 business days within the United States and 7 to 21 business days for international shipments. These estimates exclude weekends, postal holidays, weather events, carrier delays, customs processing, address corrections, fraud review, insurance requirements, and other events outside our control.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We will provide tracking when available. High-value shipments may require signature, identification, insurance, or a carrier hold for pickup.
Fees, taxes, and packaging
You pay the shipping charge and choose whether to buy shipping insurance. The shipping charge is what the carrier charges for the label, and insurance is what the insurer or carrier charges for it; we add no markup or handling fee. The shipping charge, any insurance you choose, and applicable tax will be shown before you confirm a request. If you decline insurance, a shipment lost or damaged in transit cannot be claimed. We package graded cards to protect the slab. We may combine eligible cards into one shipment when shown during the request.
International shipments: duties and taxes
International shipments are sent duties unpaid. You are responsible for all import duties, VAT, GST, customs, and brokerage fees charged by your country, which the carrier or customs authority usually collects on delivery. They are not included in the shipping charge. If a shipment is refused or returned because these charges were not paid, the shipping charge and any duties, taxes, or return fees are not refundable.
Address changes and failed delivery
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate eligible address and reviewing it before confirmation. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins. Additional carrier, return, address-correction, or reshipment fees caused by an incorrect or inaccessible address may be charged where lawful.
A carrier scan marked delivered is treated as delivery unless the carrier investigation or other reliable evidence establishes loss or misdelivery. Report loss, visible package damage, a wrong item, or a material listing discrepancy as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days after the recorded delivery. Keep all packaging and provide requested photographs or carrier documentation. The remedies described in the Refund Policy apply.
